If named as healthcare power of attorney, we can advocate on behalf of the client in medical settings. This can be for specific matters or all matters, as you prefer.

  • We can assist you with household bill paying, organizing paperwork, budgeting, record keeping, and accounting and reporting.

  • As healthcare and insurance become more complicated, it can be useful to have one central point of contact for providers, caregivers, family members, and insurers, to be sure that care is coordinated and focused on your safety, comfort and best interests.

  • When appointed by the court to manage the financial and/or health concerns of an incapacitated adult, a fiduciary can manage their care and continue to pay their bills. The goal is to disrupt their lives as little as possible.
