As professional fiduciaries, we are entrusted with the responsibility of managing the financial affairs of another person or entity.  We are held to a high standard of care and are required to act in the best interests of the person or entity we are representing.  This is especially important for individuals who may not have the capacity to manage their own financial affairs, such as seniors or individuals with disabilities.  We can provide peace of mind and security for individuals and their loved ones, ensuring that their affairs are being properly managed and that their assets are being protected.  We can also help to alleviate the burden on family members or friends who may be responsible for managing the affairs of a loved one.

In addition to managing financial affairs, we may also be responsible for managing the health care decisions of the person we represent.  This can include making decisions about medical treatments, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring that the individual’s healthcare wishes are being followed.  We can be especially helpful for individuals who may not have the capacity to make their own healthcare decisions or who do not have a designated healthcare proxy in place.  We can provide an extra layer of protection for individuals, ensuring that their healthcare needs are being met and their rights are being represented.
